The Houston Airflow Experience

My name is Haris Jarebica, and I am the owner of Houston Airflow LLC, a family-owned HVAC company proudly serving the Houston area. I’m married and the proud father of a two-year-old son, and family is at the heart of everything we do. Being a husband and father has shaped the way I approach my work - with responsibility, care, and a strong commitment to doing things the right way for every family we serve.

I officially opened Houston Airflow in 2024, but my HVACR journey began in 2019. Early in my career, I had the opportunity to learn the trade under the guidance of Ronnie H., whose mentorship played a key role in introducing me to HVACR and motivating me to pursue it as a long-term career. His knowledge, work ethic, and willingness to teach helped spark my passion for the trade and laid an important foundation for my professional growth.

As my experience grew, I was fortunate to receive continued support and opportunity from Jim Oyler and Nick Oyler of Concord Air Systems, who became a strong and steady foundation in my development. Their trust, guidance, and support - from supplying work and creating opportunities to recommending me when they had an overflow of jobs, played a significant role in helping me grow both professionally and personally. Their belief in my work reinforced my confidence and helped prepare me to take the next step toward building my own company.

My trusted friend and longtime collaborator, Silvio Kondi, has been a constant source of motivation along the way. Our bond, formed long before our HVAC careers, has only strengthened through years of working side by side on countless jobs. His unwavering loyalty, help getting through the obstacles, and firm belief in my capabilities gave me the drive to step up and launch Houston AirFlow LLC. I’m deeply grateful for steadfast friends like Silvio.

Over the years, I gained hands-on experience working with and subcontracting for multiple companies throughout Houston, assisting both homeowners and businesses wherever help was needed. Through that experience and countless hours in the field, I built the knowledge and confidence necessary to accomplish the goal I set from the beginning, starting a business of my own.

I bring over seven years of experience across all major areas of HVACR, with a primary focus on residential and light commercial systems. While industrial work has not yet been part of my journey, I have a strong interest in continuing to expand my knowledge due to my meticulous approach and genuine passion for the HVACR trade.

My long-term goal is not only to provide honest, dependable HVAC service, but also to give back to the Houston community that has supported my family and so many others. As Houston Airflow continues to grow, our family-owned business hopes to one day offer an annual free HVAC installation to families in need, not for recognition or publicity, but as a sincere way to give back to the community that helped bring Houston AirFlow to where we are today.
